I had a comfortable stay for a night at Paradise Beach. My room had a great view of the beach, although I had to keep the curtains shut due to the accessibility of the balcony. The room was spacious with a comfortable bed and seating area. The breakfast buffet was enjoyable, and the egg station was a nice touch. I would recommend this hotel for a short stay.

Good food, polite staff
staff overworked and too busy to repair balcony door, took 1 hour even to get the room service menu, facilities old and funky although kept extremely clean-- photos on internet taken to make bathrooms look deceptively new and pools deceptively large--very crowded. Worst is the public beach is really not a good nor comfortable nor private access to beach.

Staff was helpful, constantly cleaning the place, and wanting to please us. Pool was well kept. Beach was right there. Food was good and varied. Little shops were within walking distance, and 3-wheelers were ready to take you anywhere.
It was mildly annoying to have to pass the vendors hanging out between the hotel fence and the beach. They were persistent and would follow you right down to the waves. But, their wares were reasonably priced, and they too have to make a living, after all.

The beach location was absolutely mind-blowing, with direct access to a clean and quiet stretch of sand. The pool area, surrounded by shady trees, was a serene oasis to relax and unwind. The hotel's proximity to restaurants and shops made it super convenient for exploring. The room had a nice balcony with jaw-dropping beach views, and the restaurant served delicious meals. the value for money was excellent, making it a perfect choice for a beach getaway near the airport.

Stunning views of the Indian Ocean from the beautifully appointed air-conditioned rooms. Dine under the stars by the pool, beach pavilion or at the restaurant with commanding views of the ocean. Delicious selection of Asian and Western dishes, including hearty buffets at the open-air restaurant. Charming hotel located by the Negombo beach, just minutes away from the International Airport. Spacious rooms with modern facilities for a comfortable and relaxing stay.
Stuck lift, used stairs.

The grounds were great. It had a really nice pool and the beach was amazing.
The rooms were just ok. We normally don't spend a lot of times in the room when we travel though, so it wasn't a big deal.

This hotel was a great find! The value for money was exceptional, with affordable prices and attention to detail throughout our stay. We were impressed with the hotel's location, just a short distance from the airport and right on the beautiful sandy beach. The staff provided excellent service, always friendly and helpful. Our room had a balcony, allowing us to relax and enjoy the views. The basic amenities met our needs perfectly, and the included breakfast was a great bonus.
All was more than satisfactory, couldn't ask for more.

The only good thing about this hotle was its location being right on the beach and close to the airport
The service of this hotel was the worst I have received. The staff at the front desk lacked information. I definitely would not recommned didning at the restaurant! I ordered a curry and it came out cold and had to send it back twice and it was still only just warm. I asked to change my meal as I didn't want to send the curry back a third time to which they agreed. I ordered the vegetarian noodles as my previous order was a curry and rice but when I got the bill I was charged for it. I complained and this fell on deaf ears. I didn't even get an apology for having to send the curry back twice.

It was convenient for those who have an early morning flight as it is situated close to the airport. Plus, the beach is only steps away from the hotel, allowing guests to enjoy a seaside view. the hotel has multiple dining options nearby.
The cleanliness of the pool and beach is questionable, and some of the staff’s attitude and level of English proficiency need improvement.
